Today’s real estate market is producing an unprecedented amount of foreclosures. Using certain techniques during the interview, valuable information is gained which helps determine if they are a good candidate for leasing the property. Most of the interviews are conducted by our main property manager, Tony Sena, who is a former City of Henderson Police Officer.
