Today’s real estate market is producing an unprecedented amount of foreclosures. After completing the rental application process, an appointment is scheduled with the prospective tenant to discuss any blemishes found in the credit, criminal, and/or background check. Using certain techniques during the interview, valuable information is gained which helps determine if they are a good candidate for leasing the property. Most of the interviews are conducted by our main property manager, Tony Sena, who is a former City of Henderson Police Officer. His interview techniques are used to ensure that the absolute best tenants are found for our property owners.
