North American Realty of Nevada is a full service residential Property Management Firm in Las Vegas, Nevada. We specialize in residential properties such as single family homes, condos, town homes and multi-family units. We do not handle commercial properties.
The designated Property Manager for North American Realty of Nevada is Antonio (Tony) R. Sena. Tony has been licensed in the State of Nevada since 2001 and has been doing property management since 2006. Dale Jones, a Las Vegas Property Manager has recently joined the property management division and has been licensed since 2003.

Our Fees are as follows:
- Management Fee – 8% of Gross Monthly Rent (minimum $80)
- Admin Setup Fee – One time fee of $299
- Tenant Placement Fee – $100
- Referral Fee – $250 paid to referring agent
Additional Costs:
- $250 Reserve Fund (used for repairs)
