		<description>I agree with you. It already has to be quite difficult for someone to hand the keys over to a property manager.  After all, you are entrusting that person with a rather sizeable investment and, in some cases, the property in question is the home where the person hopes to ultimately retire.  But, to find out that the property manager really isn&#039;t taking the  job seriously can be quite devestating - particularly if it results in renting the place out to someone who ends up destroying the place!</description>

		<description>Great article Tony and I agree with you 100%.  Lots of agents think that property management is easy and it is very far from that.  It is a 24 hour a day 7 days a week job!!!</description>
